Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some FAQ. I often get messages asking me various questions and a few of them are being asked again and again. So, the most popular questions+answers are now online here, in case you might want to check them. This page will be constantly updated and fixed.

[IT] Se sei Italiana e vivi in Italia, perchè hai sito e profili in Inglese?
Subito detto :).

Tell me more about you !?
I built a website on purpose. Please, browse these pages. You will find everything about me: my stats, my pictures, my bio, my journal. I would appreciate if you'd actually read what I wrote here for you to read, and not completely ignore it and just send an email. There's no point in asking again what has been said already, don't you agree? Let's save time us both! :)

Are you willing to give references to your photographers? Do you recommend all of them?
I am indeed willing to give references to models about the photographers I worked with [and my personal experience] upon request. Just email me and ask.
I do NOT recommend ALL the photographers I worked with. Ask privately.

References, if necessary, could be extended to stylists as well.

Do you have a boyfriend?
The final answer is: yes. I have a boyfriend and am totally happy with him. We're two and we're enough, thank you :)

Can we meet? How can I meet you?
No, sorry. Don't take it personally, but I won't meet anyone. You're welcome stopping me on the street/at a party if you recognise me and say hello, but I prefer not to meet people individually.
The only chance to meet me is to do so at public events. There's an updated list of events I attend in my website - just check the main page or my journal. I always post there.

Do you shoot TFCD/TFP?
Sorry, i don't do any TFCD/TFP anymore, unless you fit my projects, you are in my favourite list or we managed to agree for a TFCD previously. I work with some great photographers already so, if you ask me for a TFCD, you must be familiar with my style and know what I'm looking for and your work really has to be amazing.

I am sorry but art doesn't pay the bills :/

So I do not currently work TFCD for portfolio purposes, unless you're an extraordinary photographer/artist and you have some great idea - locations - outfits - candies to lure me into your studio :D]. Also, it would be better if a MUA/Stylist were provided already.
Check photographers such as David LaChapelle, Trollkat [Elin Striga], Lithium Picnic, Chad M. Ward, Visualclash - to get an idea of what I'd like. And forget nudity please [even if some of these photographers feature a huge showcase of nude art].

However, if the project will give me great exposure [magazines, print, and so on] I am willing to discuss about a TFCD shoot. Note that I may accept Time for Clothes for my shoots - to be discussed before.

Otherwise, my rates are really reasonable. Email me for any further information about.

What does TFCD/TFP mean?
I'd like to quote a definition I've found on the net ages ago, while browsing in order to understand what the acronym meant:

" TFP shoots are generally intended for the creation of photos for the model or photographer's portfolio.
This means the images are for "self promotional purposes only."
The photographer should not be shooting TFP to later sell the photos somewhere, unless this has been specifically agreed upon with the model in advance.
TFP shoots generally employ use of a Model Release.
This release should be worded with that in mind and not an open release allowing the photographer to sell the photos somewhere later.
If the photographer wants to sell the photos, he should be hiring and paying the model, or at least making arrangements for deferred pay if a sale is made. "

Quoted by Jeff Curley (Austin Models & Talent Agency)

Shall we chat ? My msn address is xxxx..
Err no, sorry. Mom told me not to talk to strangers.

Other than that, i am afraid but I really have NO time to random chitchat. I am a really busy person with a tight schedule, do not take it personally but I can't really make it.

How can I become a model?
This is one of the most popular questions ever.

There is not a magic stick that will turn you into a model. All that you need is to be creative, realist and professional. Find out what your style is, find a good photographer and take lots of pictures. Learn how to model; it's not a matter of sexy sights and smiles, it's not an uniform or high heels that make you stand. There's much more.

Find a local photographer in your area. If you're Italian, this website may help you. If you're International, have a look at OMP and MM. Explore your ideas, see if modeling is something that really suits you. You may not like it as much as you thought or you may like it, who knows. Be professional, be polite, be punctual. Work a lot to pursue your career, do not expect -or ask- others to do some duties in behalf of you. Do not think that a showcase of nude photos of you on some random website will turn you into a 'pro'. You can easily get popular this way - but remember they're always nude photos on a website. Become known for what you're able to do and feel, not for how much you get undressed. The huge amount of girls getting naked lately worries me a lot. There's a thin line between art and, well, just getting naked.

And please, do not send me oversized pictures of you in order to discover if you're pretty enough: I don't really know what to say. I can't tell you if you're suitable for any modeling work, some pictures will never tell me if you are.

I have been interviewed in Oct, 2009 by Knink.com. I give interesting tips and tricks to beginners here.

Other than this, good luck :)

Are you a Mistress ? An Escort? A Domme? Do you need a Slave?
No, I am NOT a mistress nor anything similar.
I work as a model, that's all. I like to create beautiful images with the help of other talented people.

I do not also need any slave, so please. Do not ask.

Do you shoot nude? Topless?
I do NOT pose for nude, semi-nude or adult. Any request will be rejected no matter what. It's not a matter of money either, so I'm not interested in how much you're willing to pay for. The answer will always be 'no'.

I like the outfit you wear on this picture [send url]. Would you tell me who made them or where I can buy them?
Sure! Just send me an email and the URL [do NOT attach photos, please, unless you really have to do it] of the picture.
I always give credits to my stylists, so browsing my gallery [and/or my journal] should be enough. If you found it on the web or can't find it here for some reason, just ask :)

Where are you now ?
In order to know where I am in this right moment, you can either check my travel calendar or, even better, my journal. I don't usually attend events, however in case I do you can find it out by checking those pages.
